Regardless of where the learning takes place—a traditional institution, the workplace, or the home—it’s the outcome of the education that matters. At Investigate Impact, we’re on a mission to uncover what truly makes a difference in education. With your support, we fund breakthrough research that will enable both educators and students to thrive.

We are focused solely on answering the crucial questions: Is the American education system broken in its current form? What is working and what isn’t? Which alternative approaches will best prepare tomorrow’s adults to meet the challenges of an ever-changing world? To find the answers, we work with teams of experienced researchers and are committed to transparency in sharing the results. 

Investigate Impact delivers high-quality, agenda-free, peer-reviewed research that educators and policymakers on both sides of the aisle can trust. How do we do this? We find and manage funding for projects that will help provide the answers we all need. Experienced researchers conduct the research; we see that it is done effectively and efficiently.

Our vision is to create a clearinghouse for educational research data—an open resource that empowers researchers, educators, and policymakers to collaborate and build on one another’s work. Together, we can accelerate progress toward improving education for generations to come.
